What we collect and why

When you use our quote or contact form we collect your name, email address, telephone number, vehicle make and model, the type of repair, your description of the damage, any photographs you attach, and the page you sent the form from. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate and, if you go ahead, carry out the repair. Our lawful basis is that this processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

If you contact us by telephone or email, we use the details you give us for the same purposes.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered to our business email inbox by an email delivery service acting on our instructions, and the website is hosted on servers we or our hosting provider operate. If you make an insurance claim, we share the details and photographs needed to progress the claim with your insurer or their representatives, at your request. We do not sell personal information or use it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any repair, and then for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up questions or guarantee claims. [To confirm before launch: retention period, e.g. two years after the enquiry or repair, matching the two-year guarantee.]
